eBanka has launched its new web site. The redesign process has focused on new graphics as well as new structure. It concerns one of the largest changes to the web site of eBanka over the time of existence thereof. As per today, the new design is applied to the public site of eBanka; the Client system, available only to the clients of the bank, will be redesigned in the future. 

eBanka has provided the clients as well as the public with an intuitive, practical, fast, dynamically displayed, logically internally interconnected, ergonomic web site with various new functions allowing complex control of the account over the internet. Specific changes visitors to the new site of eBanka can now explore include new graphics as well as more comprehensive structure of chapters and friendlier architecture of the whole site. The web site offers a friendly search by submitted terms and easy orientation using the site map.
 
The launch of the new web site of eBanka is a result of months of intensive work. Professionals were not the only ones who participated in defining the final appearance of eBanka’s web pages; the employees and, most of all, the clients of eBanka were addressed in the time of preparing it in order to give their opinion on the new design, to rate it and add their ideas, recommendations or critique. Many of the responses were later used for creating the final appearance of the web site. The opportunity of participating in creation of the new web site of eBanka was taken by nearly two hundred employees and over two and a half thousand clients. The interesting fact is that clients and employees have rated the new site in a similar way.
The project of redesign of the web site was one of the strategic projects of eBanka for the year 2006. The decision for a substantial innovation of eBanka’s web pages is a result of the dynamic development of direct banking. It imposes very high demands on quality of offered services and using all new functions the area brings.eBanka is a universal bank for solvent individuals and small and medium sized enterprises. It provides its clients with a complex portfolio of financial products and services emphasizing the use of direct banking. The total number of clients has already exceeded 475 thousand; from which approximately 118 thousand clients use Personal and Corporate accounts with eBanka. eBanka is holding the award for the Account of the Year 2006; based on a public opinion poll it is the second Most Credible Bank of the Year 2006. eBanka is a member of the Raiffeisen International financial group.
